How about you let Stu join, but only if he contributes a small stipend to cover administrative overheads? Two quid a month would seem a reasonable amount.

Many people contribute more than that voluntarily.

If you know someone who is already on Chaos Engine, then getting them to vouch for you gets the process done a lot quicker.

 

Really? A friend and co-worker has done it for me, but still, no acces after two weeks.

 

Ask them to PM Prof. Shminky, he normally does it pretty quickly for me.
