Streamline-studios ?

Sorry for posting it here, but i can't acces the game company forums yet.

Streamline-studios asked me if i was interesting in joining the team. So i was wondering what your opinions were about working there, if any.

That'd be because you're not from round here, and only the admins have the power to upgrade you to a proper member. ;-)

But seriously, the reason why the private forums are private is to allow people to post anonymously and with some degree of protection afforded to what they say. The Streamline thread is long and convoluted, and filled with a bunch of things not suited for regurgitating in the public section. Someone with more direct knowledge of Streamline may decide to PM you with details, but you won't (and shouldn't) get more discussion of it out here.

 

Ok no problem just looking for some info.

 

lets just say its a mixed bag with some good and bad points. the question is do the good outweigh the bad?

 

Hello!. I am looking for information on this company too. I have been recently offered a postition and would like to know what Im getting myself into. I am currently working freelance but am crossing over into games from an animation background. Obviously I have been unable to view the thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Ive heard bad things but i have heard that conditions have improved. One thing you must demand and get in writing is a promise that they will get you a legal work visa,they have had issues with that in the past. If they cant promise you a work visa i would say save yourself some trouble and stay away.
