The company is expanding its in-house development team and the successful applicant will be responsible for helping develop internal software tools and working on projects for a wide variety of clients.[/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Applicants must have at least 2 years industry experience using C++ and OpenGL. Knowledge of MFC, shaders, OpenSceneGraph, 3D Studio Max, image-processing an advantage.[/FONT]

The role will involve working with a variety of 3D technologies including stereoscopic displays and camera systems, 3D tracking systems, head-mounted displays, augmented-reality and haptics, to name a few.[/FONT]

    yeah, it would suit someone starting out or wanting to get out of the games industry.

    And the bonus situation really does work, unlike in games...

    £22k for a '3D develoepr' with 2 years experience in London...

    I laughed so hard I need to go and check my undercrackers for accidents.

    IMHO most people who leave the industry see their salary go up, not down.

    Just out of curiosity, what percentage of the salary does the (potential) quarterly bonus represent? Because the 22k bit...well, others have gone over it already.
