He says: "Im always happy to hear from bright people with passion and a good idea. Preferably they need to have it all figured out, including a business plan.. before they will get much out of me. I am looking for new investments. But I value innovation and a sound business model above most other things. Experience counts too. I've got cash.. and I'm not planning to spend it in any way except very wisely. I will consider investing in new concepts and new ideas with good people. But always in things I understand."

In the West Midlands we have a substantial cluster of video game companies.
Largely founded by people who have left Codemasters.

Many more people would set up their own companies, which is what we need for a healthy industry, if only they could find the money. Now we have someone who knows the industry, has the money and is looking to invest it.

I am going to a lot of trouble to get really valuable interviews from the very top people in the video game industry. Ed Vaizey, Philip Oliver, Andrew Gower, Greg Ingham etc etc. What they have to say is important stuff.

Now I am perfectly happy to post these interviews in their entirety on here, where there is an audience who would appreciate and understand the content. However a small cabal claim, wrongly, that this is spamming and kick up a fuss.

So they can hardly complain when I don't post the article here. :deadcrab:

    So not impressed.

As I said I am perfectly happy to post the entire interview here so nobody has to click any links. And I hardly need to increase my site traffic by the paltry numbers that come from here.

To give you an idea just how significant TCE traffic is, Bruceongames has already had over 1,000 visitors this morning. Out of those just 4 came from here, despite this fascinating interview.

If TCE is so fucking unimportant, Bruce, why do you still keep spamming this place? Why can't you let go? You were kicked out for being a twat and can't stop coming back. I really don't understand it.

Oo, haven't played that one in... decades, probably. I remember it being a decent game. And you could destroy the whole environment, which was pretty novel back then. And now.

    Cabal meeting time change

Just a quick note to others in the Cabal, we are meeting at a different time this week, 30 mins later to allow the Prof enough time to get into his wetsuit. Also after the fight last week, it's one biscuit per person max.

As long as we get around to the point of how we can do a better job of desensitising children to violence and training them to kill to bring on the downfall of society then it can be at any time.

Ooops, this is a public thread, right?

I'd also like to remind the other cabal members that being vociferous isn't just a matter of wearing "loud" shirts. It is a way of life people.
