Help from admins plz: Recovering account password

I made a new account to post this. I can't remember the password for my old account here (Muzie), and I can't recover the old password because I've since quit my job, so any email recovery password will be sent to an email account I don't have access to anymore. I don't work in the industry now, but would love to still have access to my old account :-(.

Would it be possible to get some help from the admins on this matter?
