I'm sure this has been stated before but, has anyone looked at the company DB recently. I've as yet never been able to update a record without some SQL error. Also, awhile back some people suggested adding fields for working hours. I also think something along the lines of "allows private ownership of personal projects" or something wouldn't be bad either. Would be great to search for companies based on ethics criteria :)
